The area of my research is media, philosophical and political processes through the prism of digitalisation. I am passionate about ecology and human rights. I also value consciousness, empathy, co-creation highly in my work.

    Achievements:

    • Built the team and lead it in the way of non-directive management.

    • From two chats in What's app and a Trello board with weekly tasks – organized a project management system based on the SCRUM methodology with optimized communication in Slack channels and task management in Asana with an inter dependences to track team workloads that increased efficiency and productivity.

    • Created the foundation of systems for operational processes and automatizations.

    • During my tenure, the company's revenue grew by 243%.

    • We launched three marketing campaigns to sell high-ticket signature group course with a 4-times increase in price and onboarded ~90 students.

    • Following the strategy of overcoming the plateau and scaling the company, lead the team to build a sales funnel for 5 products ladder (3 courses with ~ 70 lessons and ~ 25 guides, group and personal coaching programs).

    Business Manager Responsibilities:

    • Strategic planning – worked with CEO and consultants to develop Company's strategy, allocate resources to pursue strategies, implement projects plans to achieve business goals.

    • Team leading – together with CEO Identified team culture, defined roles and competencies. I built the team, created systems for searching, interviewing, testing, onboarding candidates. As well as integrated performance review system tracking KPI metrics and team members growth directions. Dealt with expectations and complaints while organising and moderating meetings. Was a primary point of contact for partners and outsource specialists, created technical requirements with controlled timing and quality.

    • Executive management – managed the Company's core and growth business operations.

    • Project management – managed projects in Asana (build up systems with milestones, tasks, and subtasks) and monitored progress on a daily basis. Was the go-to person on any questions related to projects.

    • Systems management – built, automated, and maintained business processes (tech, SOP's, documentation). Tested technical systems before deploying (such as sales funnels, processes, etc.).

    • Creative management – led the creative process for all types of content, including campaign emails, broadcast emails, Facebook ads, social media posts, sales page copy, landing page copy, site copy, webinar slides, webinar scripts, course materials, and graphic design projects.

    • Content marketing – led content plans on core promotion goals/revenue driving activity including launches and campaigns. Supported marketing initiatives throughout the company including email marketing, funnel building, lead magnet. Created regular EDM campaigns with CTA's (Call to Actions) and monitored stats to ensure optimal open rates and retention.
